The love and passion for and towards crafting ice cream was founded in the Muellers family in 1941, where the next generations are continuing the art and traditional recipies now in UAE. The German trained chefs led by the head chef Boris Mueller following German laws of ice cream preparation, Dr. Muellers ensures that the highest standards of production practices, precautions and ingredients are implemented. The need to be a contributing factor towards the global zero carbon future has further inspired Dr. Muellers to move into the clean energy production sector where the facility has a minimal carbon footprint.
